Salary: £65,405 to £69,030 (inclusive of London weighting)

The role
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior communications professional to lead the external affairs activities of the largest membership body in the NHS.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead a new team that will manage our media, public affairs and stakeholder relations activities, ensuring we build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, parliamentarians and other key contacts.
You will oversee high-profile programmes, reports and other activities that seek to engage and influence policy-makers on behalf of our members. You will be in a key leadership role within the organisation and will be expected to demonstrate creativity and expertise in developing high quality outputs that represent the views of our members.
